NEW YORK CITY—Studley has promoted Greg Taubin to executive managing director of its New York office.
Taubin, who focuses on working with companies on their strategic planning, including the acquisition and disposition of facilities, has helped close over 5 million sq. ft. of leasing transactions since joining Studley in 1994.
His significant transactions include a 350,000-sq.-ft. acquisition and 200,000-sq.-ft. disposition on behalf of Tiffany & Co., a 160,000-sq.-ft. disposition on behalf of Time Inc., leases and subleases totaling 100,000 sq. ft. on behalf of Thompson Hine LLP, acquisitions and dispositions totaling 150,000 sq. ft. on behalf of The Harry Fox Agency Inc. and a 35,000-sq.-ft. acquisition on behalf of Richline Group (Berkshire Hathaway).
Taubin, who was formerly senior managing director of Studley, is a graduate of Tulane University. He is involved in Making Headway, a foundation dedicated to the comfort and care of children with brain and spinal cord tumors.
