Foster City, Calif.-based Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. has leased 122,579 sq. ft. of office and research space at the north campus of Rye Canyon Business Park in Santa Clarita, Calif. Also at Rye Canyon, Advanced Bionics acquired 25 acres from Legacy Partners to develop a 500,000 sq. ft. headquarters.
The local office of Northbrook, Ill.-based Grubb & Ellis represented Advanced Bionics, while Los Angeles-based CB Richard Ellis represented Legacy Partners.
Advanced Bionics plans to relocate its Sylmar, Calif., headquarters to Rye Canyon Business Park, a 19-building, 425,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development. Advanced Bionics plans to grow from 300 employees to more than 1,000 employees in the next five years.
