Suzy’s Swirls Opens at Gurnee Mills Shopping Center

GURNEE, ILL.—Suzy’s Swirl, a frozen yogurt and ice cream restaurant, has opened a new store at 6310 Grand Ave. at the Gurnee Mills Shopping Center in Gurnee Mills, Ill. The store occupies 1,200 sq. ft. of space within the 9,000-sq.-ft. outlot.

Smith Capital Management is the developer of the Gurnee Mills Shopping Center project, which is owned and managed by Simon Properties. Other tenants at the center include Verizon Wireless, Five Guys Burgers and Gold Max, among others.

With Suzy’s Swirl lease, the 9,000-sq.-ft. LEED property is 100 percent occupied.
