Joseph Caridi has been appointed executive director of Newmark's offices in Rutherford and Woodbridge N.J. Caridi will be responsible for increasing the company's business in the Garden State, providing management oversight and scouting for new professionals to bring onboard as Newmark begins 2006 under the name Newmark Knight Frank.
Julie Faulkner has been named vice president of commercial real estate for Regions Bank in Bent Tree, Texas. Faulkner will be responsible for working with commercial real estate customers in North Texas, and is a candidate to join an organization of certified commercial investment members in the area. She is active in the Commercial Real Estate Women organization.
William Croteau has been named to the dual roles of U.S. real estate sector leader and global real estate assurance leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Financial Services Industry Group in San Francisco. Croteau will direct strategy and operations of the company's U.S. real estate industry practices and align U.S. strategy global initiatives.
Stephannie Mower has been promoted to executive vice president and managing director of PM Realty Group's national investment services division in Dallas.
Mower, a PM Realty team member since January 2005, will be in charge of a five-member team. She also will oversee transaction management and the development of strategic partnerships.
