Amenities at 109 Gold include an entry garden, lobby with WiFi, furnished roof deck, fully equipped fitness center and package and delivery storage. Residents can also take advantage of the development’s onsite parking and bicycle storage, available for rent.
Manhattan-based residential marketing firm MNS has been tapped as exclusive leasing firm for the rental community.
