Developers across the Albany, New York, region are working to meet demand for new living space. Thousands of new and renovated apartments are in the pipeline for the region's various cities and towns. Using data collected in the Albany Business Review's Crane Watch tool, we took a look at some of the municipalities where apartment developers are building or planning new units. We then ranked the areas based on the data in Crane Watch, which includes projects costing $2 million or more.
