A recent report shows a growing demand for office space nationwide. The NAIOP Research Foundation's report forecasts demand for office space moving forward in 2017 after a strong first quarter. “The U.S. office market experienced a healthy Q1 2017, and the office sector is well-positioned for expansion as we continue to see robust growth,” said Thomas J. Bisacquino, president and CEO of NAIOP, a commercial real estate development association, in a release.
