Albert Grazioli Jr. has been named senior vice president of development for Fort Worth, Texas-based Hillwood Strategic Services. His responsibilities include managing the strategic service division's global development projects, including those in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Kathy Shea-Urbat has been named CFO of New York-based CapitalThinking. Her responsibilities include all aspects of financial management including budgeting, financial reporting and capital-raising efforts. Prior to joining CapitalThinking, Shea-Urbat served as director of corporate finance for Chicago-based Hyatt International Corp., where she was responsible for corporate treasury work and project finance/asset management relating to several international hotel/casino projects.
ARDA Howard Nusbaum has been named president and COO of Washington, D.C.-based American Resort Development Association (ARDA). Nusbaum has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as executive vice president and CEO of the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association, a partner of San Mateo, Calif.-based WorldRes.com. Nusbaum was also director of corporate relations for Washington, D.C.-based American Hotel & Motel Association (AH&MA), serving as chief liaison between the AH&MA and a host of hotel and fortune 500 companies.
