NEW YORK—DelShah Capital L.L.C. has acquired the title to 53-59 Gansevoort Street from GHC NY Corp. The purchase price was not disclosed.
The building, known as 55 Gansevoort, is a 26,000-sq.-ft., five-story property in the heart of the Meatpacking District, and is situated in close proximity to the High Line and the new Whitney Museum development.
The building is home Villa Pacri and La Gazetta restaurants, as well as nightclub Gun Bar. Previously, DelShah restructured the lease with Villa Pacri L.L.C., which runs the food and entertainment sites on three levels.
The property has 10,363 sq. ft. of commercial space and 10,329 sq. ft. of retail space. The three floors of commercial offices are currently vacant.
DelShah has submitted plans to the Landmarks Preservation Commission for approval of an outdoor rooftop space.
