FORT WAYNE, IND.—Health Care REIT has purchased the Lutheran Medical Group building, located at 7916 West Jefferson Boulevard in Fort Wayne for $22.87 million.
Harry Kennerk and Bob Horn of Sperry Van Ness/Sycamore Commercial of Indianapolis represented the seller, First Capital Group LLC. Diana Parent of Sperry Van Ness/Parke Group of Fort Wayne represented Health Care REIT.
Situated on the campus of Lutheran Hospital, 7916 West Jefferson Boulevard is 100 percent leased by Lutheran Medical Group, a Lutheran Health Network subsidiary. Constructed in 2004, 7916 West Jefferson Boulevard totals 78,745 sq. ft. of space.
