OAK BROOK, ILL.—Jimmy’s Island Grille, a new restaurant by Jim Chinn, has signed an 8,100-sq.-ft. lease at Inland Real Estate Corporation’s St. James Crossing shopping center in Westmont, Ill. The restaurant plans to open by year’s end.
Located at Route 83 and Ogden Avenue, St. James Crossing is comprised of approximately 50,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The property is situated between Oak Brook and Hinsdale suburbs. Tenants at the property include Apple Valley Natural Foods, Urban Tri Gear and Sushi House, among others.
“With fresh fish flown in daily from Hawaii, Jimmy’s Island Grille offers a unique new dining option for the western suburbs, and we’re very pleased to welcome them to St. James Crossing,” said Fawn Le, leasing representative.
