NEW JERSEY—Financial services organization International Planning Alliance has signed a 7,700-sq.-ft. lease at BroadAcres Office Park in Bloomfield.
Edwin H. Cohen and Eugene Diaz, principals at Prism Capital Partners LLC, represented Prism, which owns and manages the 380,000-sq.-ft. campus. Bill Brown of Cushman and Wakefield represented International Planning Alliance in the deal.
International Planning Alliance is relocating from its current location in Fairfield. The 300 Broadacres address will serve as the company’s headquarters.
Acquired by Prism in 2006, BroadAcres has undergone upgrades including outdoor courtyard and patio and full lobby updates at 300 and 400 Broadacres Drive. Tenants at the property have access to conference space and on-site catering.
Located between exits 151 and 153 off the Garden State Parkway, BroadAcres Office Park is situated with access to northern and central New Jersey and to Manhattan. The 20-acre campus has a reflecting pool and fountain.
