NEW YORK CITY—Keller Williams NYC has launched condominium sales 323 Park Avenue South.
The newly constructed building, which will feature 16 two-bedroom residences and one full-floor penthouse with floor-to-ceiling windows, was one of the last projects designed by Charles Gwathmey of Gwathmey Siegel and Associate Architects LLC.
All residences includes two and a half baths, ceilings up to 10 feet high, wide plank oak wood flooring, a Bosch washer and dryer, full virtual concierge and security system and optional SmartHome technology.
Kitchens feature natural teak cabinets, honed Jet Mist granite counter tops, a stainless steel Viking cooktop, Wolf oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, double basin Kohler sink, built-in Miele espresso machine, Miele dishwasher and Sub-Zero wine cooler. Bathrooms have radiant floor heating, marble walls, a solid granite double sink, cast iron Kohler bathtub, Jet Mist granite floors and master shower stalls with steam shower.
Prices at 323 Park Avenue South will range from $1.825 million to $2.275 million. The 10-story building includes half-floor residences of approximately 1,350 sq. ft. on floors two through nine, a full-floor penthouse on the top level and a ground-floor commercial space.
The property is being developed by Tessler Developments, which was also responsible for the construction of The Bryant Park Hotel, 66 Leonard, 260 Park Avenue South and a number of other buildings throughout Manhattan.
