The Port's new Economic Development Division is looking for an exceptional individual to help implement key real estate development objectives in the "North Bay"/Terminal 91 area. This position will have primary responsibility for leading the planning and coordination of major real estate development projects with budgets of $10-50 million. Requires bachelor's degree in urban planning, architecture, construction, project management or engineering, 10 years of project planning and commercial real estate development experience.
