ATLANTA – Colliers International has represented The Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA) in a 20,111-square-foot lease at Concourse Center V, a 32-story office tower in Sandy Springs. Better known as the King office tower, the building is part of the Concourse Corporate Center mixed-use development, which also includes the companion Queen office tower.
The 10-year lease takes effect February 1, 2014. Senior Vice Presidents Russ Jobson and Michael Lipton of Colliers International’s Atlanta office represented GSCPA in the transaction. David Tennery of Regent Partners represented Concourse Corporate Center ownership.
GSPCA will relocate from its current offices located in Atlanta Financial Center in Buckhead, where it occupies 19,755 square feet. The lease offers the organization long-term savings and is located closer to where the majority of its membership resides.

Located in the Perimeter submarket north of downtown Atlanta, Concourse Corporate Center features numerous amenities, including The Westin Hotel and Concourse Athletic Club. The two 687,000-square-foot King and Queen buildings are the tallest suburban office buildings in the Southeast.
