Tampa, FL – Cushman & Wakefield of Florida was recently named the exclusive leasing agent for Two Harbour Place by owner, Crocker Partners LLC.
The Cushman & Wakefield team of Paula Buffa, RPA, CCIM and James C. Moler, CCIM will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the owners. Kopernik Global Investors, a global equity investment management firm, was their first signed tenant, leasing approximately 5,000 square feet on the top floor of the building, featuring panoramic views of Tampa Bay, Channelside and the Port. Kopernik Global was represented by Liz Menendez of Coldwell Banker.
