MIAMI – As Florida emerges as a top international market forJones Lang LaSalle, the firm announced today the appointment of Doug Irmscher as Market Director for Florida, overseeing the firm’s business lines across all major markets in the state. He will succeed Kurt Keaton, who has led the firm’s expansion in Florida over the past three years and will now serve as JLL’s East Region Sales Lead for Property Management.
As one of the leading full-service commercial real estate services firms in Florida, JLL has a leasing and management portfolio consisting of more than 28.6 million square feet that includes some of the state’s most iconic buildings, as well as a strong platform and leadership in project and development services and capital markets.
Most recently, Irmscher served as Senior Vice President at Duke Realty Corp. in Central Florida, where he was responsible for the overall profitability and operations of the company's Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville commercial real estate portfolios.

In this role, Irmscher will be responsible for continuing to drive growth and expand the firm’s business lines across Florida, which include tenant and landlord representation, property management, project and development services and investment sales within the office, retail, industrial, hospitality and multifamily markets. The firm has approximately 650 employees providing real estate expertise in all the major Florida markets, including Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville. JLL was recently named one of ‘Florida’s Best Companies to Work For’ by Florida Trend magazine, representing the only full-service commercial real estate firm to earn that recognition for the third consecutive year.
During his 19 years at Duke, Irmscher held a series of development, leasing and marketing roles and developed more than three million square feet of office and industrial projects in Florida.
