Norfolk, Va. – Jamie Patrick Lee (44) has joined Harbor Group International, LLC (HGI) as an asset manager for its multi-family portfolio, comprising more than 25,500 units located throughout the Southeastern, Southwestern, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest portions of the country, as well as Texas. In his new position, Mr. Lee will report to the head of the division and work with property management and HGI’s investor relations group. Among his chief responsibilities will be monitoring and evaluating financial operations for the various properties, establishing initiatives to maximize investment returns, evaluating property performance, analyzing and recommending potential capital investments, and managing annual budget review and approval processes.
“Jamie has an excellent background in asset management,” says Robert Friedman, President of Harbor Group Management Co. “He has been responsible for diverse commercial and residential portfolios, many of which are consistent with our firm’s assets.”
Prior to joining HGI, Mr. Lee was vice president of asset management for PNC Realty Investors, based out of Washington, DC. Before that he held an asset management position at LaSalle Investment Management in Baltimore. Mr. Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Towson University with a concentration in Finance; and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, with a concentration in Institutional Real Estate Investment Analysis and Asset Management.
