ELMHSURT, IL – J.C. Anderson, Inc. is pleased to announce that the firm has been selected to complete a 17,000 square foot build-out for the United Food Commercial Workers International Union (UCFW) at 9801 Higgins Road in Rosemont, Illinois.
The UCFW represents more than 1.3 million people working primarily in grocery and retail stores, and in the food processing and meat packing industries. The organization is relocating from its current offices at 1300 Higgins Road in Park Ridge, Illinois and has selected J.C. Anderson, Inc. to complete the interior build-out of the new space. Construction will include the completion of executive offices, open work areas, a training room, break-room and data center.
Thomas Bean is the project executive for J.C. Anderson, Inc., Dan Burnette is the project manager and Jose Verduzco is the project superintendent. The architectural services will be provided by Whitney. The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2013.
