IRVINE, CA — Jones Lang LaSalle represented Moss Adams in a new lease for 36,500 square feet of office space at 2040 Main Street, 14-story, 307,559-square-foot Class A office building located in Irvine, California. Moss Adams is relocating its regional office from 2030 Main Street in Irvine.
Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice Presidents Ryan Hawkins and Mitch Lundquist represented Moss Adams in the transaction. The landlord, Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP, was represented by Voit Real Estate Services.
“After a comprehensive market analysis, Moss Adams decided that moving to 2040 Main Street provided the greatest flexibility to accommodate the firm's planned future growth," said Hawkins. “Despite improving market conditions, we were able to achieve extremely favorable lease terms, enhance the presence of the firm within the Irvine Concourse and manage the timing of the relocation so as to not interfere with the firm’s busy seasons."
