Chicago - Paine/Wetzel / TCN Worldwide is pleased to announce that the team of, Gregory Wright, Les Spinner and Adam Naparsteck, have completed a land acquisition of nearly 80 acres on behalf of their client, Sunstar Americas, Inc. in unincorporated Cook County, Illinois.
Sunstar Americas has purchased the land from the Archdiocese of Chicago with plans to break ground later this month on a 300,000 square foot North American headquarters and manufacturing facility. The new building will accommodate the expansion and relocation of their operations from Foster Avenue in Chicago. Located north of I-90 and east of Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament and Roselle Road, the new site will be annexed into Schaumburg, Illinois.
