Brookfield Unveils Four Creative Downtown Houston Office Suites

The company is trying to attract tenants from new industries to downtown Houston.

Four of Houston's most prominent architecture and design firms dramatically reimagined downtown office space in an effort to recruit tenants from oft-overlooked industries, Brookfield's Paul Frazier said. Brookfield's DesignHive brought Houston-based firms, Ziegler Cooper, Inventure Design and Rottet Studio, as well as San Francisco-based Gensler, to design office suites in 1600 Smith ranging from 2,815 square feet to 4,193 square feet.
