Paragon Outlet Partners broke ground on Twin Cities at Eagan, a 409,000-sq.-ft. outlet shopping center in Eagan, Minn.
Tenants at the center will include Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, Banana Republic Factory Store, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Coach, Calvin Klein, Nike Factory Store, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger, among others.
Paragon Outlet Partners plans to open the center in August 2014.
Schostak Appoints New CFO
Schostak Brothers & Co. Inc. promoted Angela Mader to executive vice president and CFO and hired Warren Streitzel as executive vice president and COO.
Previously, Mader served as senior vice president of finance. She began her career with Schostak Brothers in 1986 as a financial analyst. Strietzel was previously senior vice president and asset manager with Brixmor. He has 25 years of experience in retail real estate.

The Shopping Center Group hired Jenny Palmer as manager of client services. In her new position, she will be responsible for the direction of market research and administrative functions.
