Commercial Real Estate: "The Next Financial Tsunami"


Debt problems are hurting commercial real estate. And commercial real estate is hurting banks. So we're in a vicious cycle. That's what this Fox Business report looks at. (It was also posted at Real Property Alpha.)

This report calls commercial real estate "the next financial tsunami" and says that almost every deal financed between 2005 and 2008 will not be able to be refinanced.

I guess we have to hope recent signs of revival in commercial real estate lending continues.
