Home Depot Lowering Price of HD Supply Sale


In a major sign of the repricing that's occurring in the debt markets, Home Depot said it is negotiating with Bain Capital, Carlyle Group and Clayton, Dubilier & Rice to restructure the previously announced sale of its HD Supply unit, which could lead to a reduction in the $10.3 billion sale price.

In its release, it explicitly mentioned possibly changing the terms of the financing.
