CentroSolar America, part of a German photovoltaic manufacturing firm, is opening a new U.S. location, at the Raritan Business Park in Edison, N.J.

It is CentroSolar America's third location in the U.S. The company has offices in Pleasanton, Calif., and Scottsdale, Ariz. The company plans to use the space as its Northeast sales office, and for distribution and warehousing.

CB Richard Ellis, New Jersey's largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, negotiated the 10,608 sq. ft. lease agreement.

The solar distributor’s new location is single story, multi-tenant flex building near the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike.

CentroSolar America partners with architectural design and construction firms, as well as financial providers across the country.

Its parent company, CentroSolar, is based in Munich, Germany, and is publicly traded.
