NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Jones Lang LaSalle has been tapped to market for lease 4000 MacArthur Blvd. The two-building, class-A office property is 380,000 sq. ft. within the Koll Center Newport.
“Jones Lang LaSalle was selected for this assignment because of its deep and broad expertise in OC and its ability to successfully market buildings of this caliber,” said Jay Nugent, JLL senior VP, in a statement. “4000 MacArthur is ideal for companies seeking a Class A office building in a premier location. With more than 180,000 square feet of contiguous space and prime building signage rights, the property is ideal for a large user or corporate campus."
Emmes Asset Management Co. purchased the complex in 2011 and completed renovations in 2012. The property improvements include a total overhaul of the lobby, as well as upgrades of the common areas, restrooms, and elevator cabs of the East tower. Plans are in place for similar improvements to the West wing. The complex was built in 1979.
Jay Nugent, George Thomson and Andy White of JLL will oversee leasing. Currently there is more than 285,000 sq. ft. available for lease.
