Essex Handles Sale of Boulevard Place

SKOKIE, IL—Boulevard Place, a relatively new apartment property north of Chicago, has sold for $5.7 million.

The property, along U.S. Route 41, consists of 31 residential units, 2,996 sq. ft. of retail space and 55 parking spaces. The occupancy of the property was not released. The project is three miles south of the Westfield Old Orchard Mall and three blocks north of the Illinois Science & Technology Park, a two-million-sq.ft. corporate research campus. 

Matt Welke, Jason Fishleder and Doug Fisher with Essex Realty Group Inc. were the brokers in the transaction. The buyers and sellers were not disclosed. Farnsworth Hill is the manager of the property.
