Kush Sells Flex Building to Medical Firm

ONTARIO, CA—South West Medical Resources Holdings, a full-service medical company, has purchased the Grove Avenue Business Park building from Kush Warehousing for $10.3 million.

The 140,341-sq.-ft. property is at 1290 Elm St. The 8-year-old building includes Phillips Lighting, Lithonia Lighting, Coastal Pacific Food District, Perma Cool Products, Tyco International, Act Fulfillment Center and Fender Guitars.

Jeff Smith and Ryan Lal with Lee & Associates represented the buyer. Paul Earnhart, Doug Earnhart and Erik Hernandez represented Kush.
