GLENVIEW, IL—Bestview International has purchased the 78,000-square-foot industrial building at 2230-2300 Ridge here for the relocation of its operations from Itasca.
The building includes three tenants, and Bestview will move into the middle unit. The company is a manufacturer and importer of high-grade granite, marble, onyx, travertine, slate and other materials.
Whit Heitman, principal; Samuel Badger, senior vice president; and Brad Weiner, vice president with Paine/Wetzel / TCN Worldwide represented the seller, Millenium LLC, in the transaction. Mike Plumb with Lee & Associates worked on behalf of the buyer.
