CHICAGO—MB Real Estate has completed three leases totaling 12,346 sq. ft. for financial service firms throughout Chicago.
Leases include:
• Space for Waterville Advisors at 161 N. Clark. MB Real Estate’s David Fortosis completed a lease renegotiation for the tenant, while Joe Gordon of Tishman Speyer represented ownership.
• Space for Prime Finance Partners, a private commercial real estate finance company, which renewed its lease at 233 N. Michigan. MB Real Estate’s Konstantine Sepsis represented the tenant, while Christy Domin from Colliers International represented the owner, HUB Properties Trust.
• Space for a private investment firm, which took a full-floor sublease at 676 N. Michigan Avenue. MB Real Estate’s Daniel Nikitas, Konstantine Sepsis and Doug Noble also represented the tenant in the transaction.
