Ascension Health Purchases Office Building for Anticipated Growth

INDIANAPOLIS—Ascension Health Ministry Service Center L.L.C. has purchased an office building located at 4040 Vincennes Circle in Indianapolis for an undisclosed purchase price.

Rebecca Wells and Jon Owens of Cassidy Turley, as well as Ronald Foster of Echelon Realty Advisors, represented the seller, Eleven Fortune Park L.P., a subsidiary of the IBUS Company. The buyer represented itself.

The property, Eleven Fortune Park, is a 150,000-sq.-ft., Class A office property.

Currently, Ascension Health Ministry Service Center is the primary tenant in the building, which was fully renovated in 2011. Ascension Health plans to use the building to accommodate its anticipated growth.

Other tenants at the property include Fink Roberts & Petrie, Gexpro and HR Dimensions.
