MINNEAPOLIS—Award Staffing has purchased 10700 Lyndale Avenue South in Bloomington, Minn. for $1.01 million. The company, which outgrew its previous location, will move its 50 employees to the Lyndale building in September where it will occupy approximately 10,000 sq. ft. The new owners will continue to lease the remaining space at the 21,060-sq.-ft. property to RevTrack.
Transwestern’s Minneapolis office closed the deal with Mike Salmen, Mike Honsa and Dan Mueller representing the seller.
The Class B property was constructed in 1969 and includes 2.8 acres as well as surface parking. The property provides easy access to and visibility from Interstate 35 West.
Award Staffing is one of the largest locally owned light industrial and skilled industrial staffing companies in the Twin Cities.
