Coyote Logistics Gets Updated 30,000-Sq.-Ft. Office Space at Chicago’s Green Exchange Building

CHICAGO—Coyote Logistics has completed its 30,000-sq.-ft. build out at 2545 Diversey in Chicago. Reed Construction led the project with Jason Gunderson, Bob Mark sand Matt Mahoney managing the multi-floor project. Partners by Design provided the architectural services and MB Real Estate was the construction manager.

Coyote Logistics relocated from Lake Forest, Ill. last year.

Located in Chicago’s Green Exchange building, the new offices for Coyote Logistics incorporates sustainable initiatives including the use of natural light, high-efficiency products, recycled materials and energy-efficient lighting.

Coyote Logistics’ fourth floor is designed with an open, loft-style work environment, while the fifth floor space includes an open office area, full bar and den.
