Demar Logistics Inc. has signed a four-year lease of 114,857 sq. ft. of distribution space at 320 East Fullerton Avenue.
CBRE’s Michael Sedjo and Christopher Zubel represented the owner, CBREI. The brokers said in a statement that the lease is the only more-than-100,000-sq.-ft. lease in northern DuPage County in the past year. The lease was for half of the 263,208-sq.-ft. building, which was built in 1999. It’s not clear if the other half of the building is occupied.
Demar Logistics Inc. was founded in September 1986 as a provider of third-party distribution and transportation services. Timothy Gallagher with Cawley Chicago represented the tenant.
