CHICAGO, ILL.—A local Meineke franchisee has purchased a vacant, free-standing, 6,520-sq.-ft. former Blockbuster Video property located at 536 Northwest Highway in Cary, Ill. for $825,000.
The seller was a group of private individuals from California.
Jordan Kaufman of Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. and Peter Caruso of Mid-America represented the seller and Ryan Samuelson of Corcoran Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.
