McKinley Acquires Gainesville’s Magnolia Place Townhomes

ANN ARBOR, MICH.—Ann Arbor-based McKinley has acquired 192 condominium homes at Magnolia Place Townhomes in Gainesville, Fla. on behalf of its client Karlin Real Estate. In total there are 332 homes at Magnolia Place Townhomes, which consist of a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes. McKinley has provided management services to the community since 2009.

"McKinley is extremely excited to acquire the remaining condo homes at Magnolia Place Townhomes on behalf of our client Karlin Real Estate," said Albert Berriz, CEO of McKinley.
