Midwest Truck & Auto Acquires Chicago Building

CHICAGOMidwest Truck & Auto Parts Inc. has purchased 850 W. Exchange, a 48,000-sq.-ft. building in Chicago.

Brad Weiner, vice president, and Edward Wabick, principal, both of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented both the seller, Morse Automotive Corporation, and Midwest Truck & Auto Parts Inc. in the transaction.

Midwest Truck & Auto Parts Inc., a truck and auto parts distributor, is expanding and chose the space at 850 W. Exchange because of its proximity to the company’s currently location in the Stockyards Industrial Park.

The property offers close proximity to II-55, I-94 and Midway Airport. The building provides 1,600 sq. ft. of office space, three interior docks, one drive-in door, 18-ft. clearance and 100 amps of power.
