Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Hotels Sells Peoria, Ill. Sheraton Hotel

PEORIA, ILL.—Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Hotels represented the seller in the disposition of the Four Points by Sheraton hotel in downtown Peoria, Ill. The sale was negotiated by Senior Managing Director Sam Winterbottom and Director Bhavesh (B.J.) Patel, both with the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Atlanta office.

The hotel, which contains 319 guestrooms, is located in close proximity to the Peoria Civic Center, Bradley University, major hospitals and more.

The buyer is planning a complete property improvement plan at the hotel.
