CHICAGO—World Kitchen LLC has signed a 55,000-sq.-ft. lease at Columbia Centre III, 9525 West Bryn Mawr Avenue in Rosemont. MB Real Estate Senior Vice President Pamela Rose and team members David Kimball and Jay Beadle worked on behalf of the tenant in the transaction, which will use its new space as its headquarters.
Tom Saletta, managing principal of Saletta Commercial Realty LLC represented the landlord.
Columbia Centre I, II, and III is owned by a joint venture between White Oak Realty Partners, Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, and Angelo Gordon & Co. In recent months, the three-building, 620,000-sq.-ft. complex has totaled more than 110,000 sq. ft. of new leases under Saletta Commercial Realty LLC since August 2011.
“This lease represents the largest office lease transaction in the O’Hare market this year,” said Rose.
World Kitchen is an international housewares company, with brands including Corelle, Pyrex, CorningWare, Magnalite, OLFA and more.
