Cassidy Turley Tapped to Market Mixed-Use Site for Sale in Somerset

NEW JERSEY—Cassidy Turley’s industrial team has been chosen to market a 207,192-sq.-ft. mixed use property in Somerset for sale on behalf of the current owner, Toppax LLC. Cassidy Turley Executive Managing Director Charles Fern and Associate Vice President Jason Barton will be leading the assignment.

Seller Toppax had used the space as a printing facility.

“There is nothing comparable in the marketplace to this property, and it would be easy to reposition the current space for any type of warehouse use,” said Fern. “It also has approval to expand, as well as tremendous power, great ceiling heights and accessibility to a highly educated labor force.”

Constructed in 1988 and situated on 20.98 acres, the property offers approximately 65,000 sq. ft. of temperature-controlled production space and 15,538 sq. ft. for office use. The property includes 27-ft. clear ceiling heights, 11 tailgate docks, a new roof and 8,000 amps/480 volts of power.

The property is conveniently located near major roadways such as Routes 287, 22 and 78, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike.
