CBRE Signs Three Tenants at Two Tower Center Blvd.

SADDLE BROOK—Three long-term leases have been signed at Two Tower Center Blvd., a 400,000-sq.-ft. class-A office building in East Brunswick, says CBRE.

*PNC Bank signed a 131,363-sq.-ft. renewal for its regional headquarters. The bank exchanged the 19th floor for the ninth and extended its lease.

*The New Jersey office of law firm SorinRoyerCooper signed a long-term lease and expanded from 5,400 to 19,452 sq. ft.

*Merrill Lynch signed a long-term lease for 8,849 sq. ft. of space.

CBRE was named the exclusive leasing agent for the property in early 2011 by Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. Joseph Sarno, executive vice president, Jeremy Neuer, senior vice president, Robert Dinner, first vice president, Wesley Moore, senior associate and John Goodwin, senior associate, were on the CBRE team for these negotiations. David Simson, vice chairman, Newmark Knight Frank represented PNC, while Thomas Giannone, managing principal, and Ronald Ganter, managing principal, CresaPartners represented SorinRoyerCooper. Merrill Lynch was represented by Dan DePalma of Jones Lang LaSalle.
