Colliers Arranges Sale at Livingston Town Center

PARSIPPANY—Colliers International New Jersey has arranged the sale of the retail component of a mixed-use community known as Livingston Town Center located in Livingston.

The transaction involves the purchase of more than 65,700 sq. ft. of retail space in five buildings. The space is currently leased to approximately 20 retail tenants with stores ranging from 700 to 6,000 sq. ft. The property was constructed in 2008 and is located in downtown Livingston. BHR Properties III, LLC sold the buildings to Onyx Equities.

Retail shops at this location include Wells Fargo, Marcia’s Attic and Baumgart’s Café.
