NEW JERSEY—Essential Power Services LLC has signed a 14,515-sq.-ft. lease at 150 College Road West in Princeton, N.J., which will serve as the company’s headquarters. Colliers International New Jersey arranged the long-term lease with Ward Greer and Marvin Rosenberg, both senior managing directors, acting on behalf of the tenant.
The building is owned by 100 and 150 College Road West Holdings. Aubrey Haines of Mercer Oak Realty represented the landlord in the transaction.
“Essential Power Services is an established New Jersey company that had outgrown its current location and was looking for a property in Princeton,” said Greer.
Essential Power Services markets and sells capacity, energy and ancillary services from its portfolio of generation projects located in established, competitive wholesale electricity markets.
Totaling 70,850 sq. ft. of space, 150 College Road West is located in the two-building Forrestal Greene Corporate Park. Amenities at the property include a café and gym with retail, dining and hospitality all within walking distance. Other tenants in the complex include Novo Nordisk and Onyx Management Group.
