59 Oak Street Goes to Private Investor

NEW JERSEY—A local private investor has purchased 59 Oak Street in Hackensack from The Hampshire Companies.

Tom Vetter and Jeff DeMagistris of NAI James E. Hanson represented Hampshire and the buyer in the transaction.

Fully leased to five industrial users, the property allows access to Route 4 and the Bergen County business community. It is also located in close proximity to the George Washington Bridge.
