MORRISTOWN—Kenneth Flynn has joined Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. as senior director. A 20-year veteran of commercial real estate, he is based in the commercial real estate services firm’s Morristown office.
Flynn has completed more than 500 transactions representing over eight million sq. ft. of space in his commercial real estate career. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was senior vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle, and prior to that Flynn held a similar title with CBRE.
Flynn's clients have included Merrill Lynch, Eli Lilly, United Health Group and BNY Mellon. A resident of Boonton Township, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Columbia University.
