G.S. Wilcox & Company Closes $6M in Financing for Watchung Commons

MORRISTOWN—G.S. Wilcox & Company has arranged $6,000,000 in financing for Watchung Commons, a multi-tenanted retail building consisting of 32,696 sq. ft.

The borrower, repeat clients of G.S. Wilcox & Company, will utilize the 10-year term loan to recoup construction costs of upgrading the property and adding Party City as its largest tenant.

G.S. Wilcox & Company is a full service mortgage banking firm which originates, underwrites, and services commercial real estate mortgage loans.
