Hatch Mott MacDonald Relocates to Iselin, N.J. Taking More Than 80,000 Sq. Ft.

NEW JERSEY—Hatch Mott MacDonald, a consulting engineering firm, has signed a long-term, 81,371-sq.-ft. lease to relocate its corporate headquarters to Metrotop Plaza II at 111 Wood Avenue South in Iselin, N.J. The firm is expected to take occupancy in its new space early next year.

The firm, which currently occupies 75,000 sq. ft. in Millburn, will expand by occupying a portion of the first and fourth floors and the entire third and fifth floors of Metrotop Plaza II.

Corporate Managing Director James Schroeder and Senior Managing Director Joe Messina of international commercial services firm Studley represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Atlantic Realty Development Corporation, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
