NEW JERSEY—High Quality Custom Design Inc. has signed a 19,720-sq.-ft. industrial lease at 275 Huyler Street in South Hackensack. NAI James E. Hanson’s Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter, both vice presidents, represented the landlord in the transaction.
High Quality Custom Design specializes in luxury conversion vehicles, custom installations and automotive accessories.
The space at 275 Huyler Street offers 4,000 sq. ft. of renovated office space, 16-ft. ceiling heights, one drive-in loading dock and parking.
"The tenant outgrew its Fort Lee location and wanted a site that was convenient for its customer base," DeMagistris said. "This location also provides ease of access to all major highways."
