NEW JERSEY—Inserra Supermarkets has won final site plan approval for the renovation and expansion of West Milford Shopping Center in West Milford, N.J., which includes a 65,925-sq.-ft. ShopRite grocery store.
Located at the intersection of Union Valley Road & Marshall Hill Road, the retail center is comprised of more than 100,000 sq. ft. of space and will undergo landscaping, lighting and parking lot improvements. The ShopRite will be expanded and remodeled.
Current tenants at the property include Wells Fargo Bank, Rite Aid and Frank’s Pizza, among others.
Crossroads Companies LLC obtained approvals for the remodeling of the shopping center on behalf of the owner.
